Pre-Operation Stella presented with pain radiating from jaw, migraines, difficulty eating, speaking and limited mouth opening.
- Severe bilateral TMJ (TemporimandibularJoint Pain), limitation of mouth opening
- Retrudedmandible with about 1cm overjet.
Stella had Bilateral TMJ Surgery (Temporimandibular Joint) replacements with advancement of her mandible.
